At the Life Skills Centre, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) can build confidence, learn new skills, and work toward greater independence.

Daily Living Skills

Learn everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, and personal hygiene to support independent living.

Job Readiness & Vocational Training

Build confidence and workplace skills through hands-on training, interview and resume preparation, and real-world work experiences.

Social & Communication Skills

Take part in group activities that help build friendships, improve communication, and develop social confidence.

Health & Wellness

Stay active and healthy with fitness sessions, nutrition education, and mental wellness workshops.
